I knew from the start that I shouldn't have watched this movie. My spidey sense clearly shouted "NO! We cannot watch THAT!Strong,proud and beautiful keira Knighley as an inprisoned and lonley duchess!? With BIG HAIR!? " But nevertheless I ignored it and did watch the thing. It turned out my internal spidey sense is frustratingly right.I'm sure real period drama lovers would like it, but I got so mad at that stupid husband! He was so cruel and careless to the poor duchess! All he cared about was an heir,sex (regardless from whom) and his own needs. And Keira looked really out of place in those big poofy dresses, she should play more tomboyish characters! (which I read recently she will but still). *points at movie cover* now see what youve done!? Now I need to go shopping tomorrow to erase my frustration! xD (Well,work first ofcourse)
